Can I see your jewellery in person?
Yes! We have offices in Hong Kong and Mumbai, where you can view the collection on appointment basis. Please contact us at info@fablestore.org to schedule a viewing.
What materials do you use?
We work with 925 Sterling Silver, rhodium plating, hard stones, and natural or lab-grown diamonds.
We offer our designs in solid 18k gold as well. We’ll suggest the most suitable materials to match your budget and lifestyle. For more information, contact us at info@fablestore.org.Do you offer customisation?
Absolutely. Adjust metals, stones, or dimensions on any of our pieces, or for a fully bespoke design contact us at info@fablestore.org .
How does the custom design process work?
It’s a creative collaboration & you’ll be involved at every step. We begin with a consultation (over the phone, via Zoom, email or in-person), discuss design details, share sketches, material options, and refine til it’s perfect for YOU.
How long does a collection piece order take?
Typically 4-5 weeks from final design approval. We’ll provide a detailed timeline as soon as the process begins.
Do you include engraving?
Yes! For that extra personal touch, we offer personalized engraving as well. It’s available on most of our rings and all engraving-friendly items.

Where is your jewellery made?
Our pieces are designed in-house and handcrafted by our trusted partner artisans, with stringent quality control overseen by our team.
How do you ensure ethical sourcing?
We are committed to responsible sourcing. Our hard stones and metals are sourced and produced from reputable suppliers who adhere to ethical labor and environmentally-friendly practices. We are happy to provide more details upon request.

How do I find my ring size?
Use our ring guide on the product page, or visit your local jeweller for the most accurate measurement.
Do you offer resizing?
Yes! We offer resizing on most jewellery within 30 days of purchase — service fees apply, depending on the specific piece and the adjustment required.
How should I care for my FABLE jewellery?
It is advisable to store your jewellery pieces away from sunlight separately in a soft pouch. Avoid direct contact with strong chemicals, perfumes, & lotions. Clean with a soft, dry cloth.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Hong Kong and India. International shipping is coming soon — follow us @allfable on Instagram for more updates.
How long does shipping take?
Items indicated as “in-stock” are shipped and delivered within 5 working days, across Hong Kong and India. Items indicated as “made-to-order” will be shipped and delivered within 4-5 weeks.
What if my order arrives and it’s not what I expected?
We provide detailed imagery and descriptions, as well as being available for consultations before the purchase in order to ensure clarity. As all sales are final, we encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to placing the order.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges to ensure our focus on quality and sustainability. However, we do offer resizing services — the charges depend on the complexity of the change.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes. All pieces come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, faster payment system (FPS), and cheque or bank/telegraphic transfer. Your orders will only be processed upon successful payment.
Are taxes and duties included in the cost?
For delivery within Hong Kong and India, no additional tax is added.
